Q: |
What type of hunting will we be doing? |
  |
| A: |
We mostly take full advantage of our optics. Once we find an animal you like to harvest we will typically stalk to him. All of our antelope archery hunts are out of ground blinds at proven water holes. |

Q: |
What is the typical size of animals taken? |
  |
| A: |
Our mule deer hunting is some of the best in the state and we annually take several deer in the upper 180's to 190's. We generally harvest 5 ˝ to 6 ˝ year old bucks.
Our elk hunting takes place during the annual migration of large numbers of elk as they move west to the wintering areas. It is not uncommon to see herds of elk numbering from 300 head up to 500 head traveling together. The typical bull we take is 5X5 or better. We will typically harvest several 6X6 bulls during each hunt.
Our antelope hunting takes place during pre-rut & the rut. We have a large number of resident antelope and our success rate is 100% over the last 5 years. Most bucks taken are in the mid 70s with several book bucks taken every year. |

| A: |
Although gratuities are not required it is a common practice to tip your guide and the cook if you are satisfied with your hunt and the food (Much like going to a restaurant) Our staff works very hard to make your hunt as enjoyable as can be. Standard gratuities are 10% of the hunt cost. |

What happens to my meat after the kill? |
  |
| A: |
Once your animal hits the ground, your guide will field dress him and bring him back to camp where he will skin or cape him. The carcass will be quartered and brought to a local butcher shop (Brothers custom processing in Craig Colorado). If you drove your own vehicle, we will store your meat until you leave. We do not debone the carcass, although you may if you choose. |
