Guaranteed Either Sex Licenses

The Deakins Ranch is a major wintering range for a large population of elk. We receive approximately 50 licenses from the CDOW every year, and our clients are not required to draw a permit from the CDOW preference point lottery, and they do not lose any preference points with the Ranching for Wildlife Permit. Our average bull harvested is a 5x5 and will B&C gross score around 250. Every year we do harvest some 6x6 bulls that B&C gross score around 300.

We do all of our hunting out of four-wheel drive pickups and this provides an excellent opportunity for our older clients. If you like to hunt on foot, our guides can handle that too. We will hunt you to your ability.
